Donna Hiser (Chair)
Donna has held a number of Chief Executive and Senior Management positions in the information technology industry in both the private sector and Government. She now divides her time between governance roles and a small farming operation in Nelson. Currently she chairs the Joint Committee of the Nelson Regional Sewerage Business Unit and is Chair of New Zealand Domain Name Registry Ltd. She has a keen interest in New Zealand art and is a member of the Bishop Suter Trust Board.

Clr Derek Shaw, Nelson City Council
In addition to 27 years involvement as an elected member in local government, Clr Shaw has a variety of experiences in business and community organisations, a B.Sc (Hons) from Otago University and a teaching diploma.

Michael is a certified automotive engineer with business interest in the Water Trade and Forestry and resides in Tasman District.
Clr Glenys Glover, Tasman District Council
Glenys Glover is a Tasman District Councillor. She has a degree in economics and is a retired Chartered Accountant. She has a background in financial accounting, audit and management. She is the Finance Director of Fruit Solutions Ltd, a company involved with the import and export of frozen fruit.
Philip Wilson of Nelson Pine Industries, Industry Customers’ Representative
Representing the three large industrial customers Nelson Pine Industries Fiberboard plant, Alliance Group Meat export processing plant, and Enza Foods Fruit processing plant, Philip is the Research and Environmental Manager for Nelson Pine Industries Ltd.
He has had extensive experience in the Wood processing Industry involving process and product development and environmental management. His experience in waste water includes design and operation of waste water treatment systems for a Pulpmill and the MDF plant.
